I had an extraordinary week-long stay that was defined by its simplicity and natural ease, with a clear bond established in my relationship with Françoise; it felt as if we had known each other forever and were long-time friends. She is an authentic person, just like this piece of Corsican land where she chose to settle and reconnect with her roots. Françoise is incredibly kind and generous, someone who truly knows how to listen to the needs of others and respond perfectly. I particularly loved my stay with Françoise, who greatly helped me revitalize myself and rediscover the joy of travel and adventure. Thank you so much again, Françoise! The house is very pleasant, open, and lively, filled with animals (2 dogs, Corsinu Ottone and Strega, with whom I took a little time to bond; they were very endearing, and I adored them! 2 cats, one of which is very independent, while the other occasionally comes over for cuddles. There are some chickens, a beautiful rooster, and finally, the lovely pony). What a joy it was to go to the sea with Ottone and Strega early in the morning, right next to the house or at the end of the day, rather on the other side of the Porto-Polo point, on the rocky side! There are such varied and beautiful spots! I felt free, very comfortable, and completely trustful with Françoise. I can't wait to return during another season to enjoy walks and hikes with the dogs... Looking forward to it, Françoise! Take good care of yourself and your joyful company...

Unfortunately, I couldn’t host Tina as planned because I had to undergo surgery at the end of June with a long recovery period. Tina regularly checked in on me. Until the last moment, we thought we would at least get to know each other, but during her visit near my place, the visiting hours of my care facility didn’t match hers. Maybe another time.

Juliette welcomed my daughter and me for three nights. She lives in a beautiful neighborhood, quiet yet close to the center, and it’s truly a gift to be able to stay there. We had unforgettable moments with her!!! And we hope to host her one day at our place! A golden Nomadsister ♥️! Thank you, Juliette 🙏!

It was with great pleasure that I welcomed and hosted Rose Marie. It was a very pleasant meeting.

I was on my way back from vacation when I decided to spend a day at Nicole's. I was welcomed like a friend, with a warm atmosphere... Our conversations multiplied with stories from around the world and the funniest anecdotes... Despite my very short stay, we had the chance for her to show me a special place near Tours, and she took me to her favorite local products shop, where I could stock up on local goodies for my snacks when I got back.... I really enjoyed meeting Nicole and her wealth of cultural knowledge... Thank you for this little haven of peace close to the city...

Meeting Agnès for my first experience with NomadSister felt like catching up with an old friend... I enjoyed discussing our interests with Agnès, and she gave me tips for getting around her area even before I arrived. I felt supported with all the little insights to explore her region... She took me to a beach I hadn’t visited yet in the previous days, and to a local producer where I was able to buy local products... It was a lovely moment shared together.

I spent two nights with Martina and Robert in Bern and was welcomed very warmly, with trust, and incredible hospitality <3 I even got to accompany them to a local festival, which became one of the highlights of my trip! Thank you so much, I had a wonderful time with you :)

A delightful stop with Céline and Antonin: their experience backpacking abroad made them appreciate encounters and hospitality! Their simple and genuine welcome really helped me at the end of my cycling journey. I was also thrilled to be their first Nomadsister experience! Thank you!

Wonderful welcome at Béatrice's place, flexibility, simplicity, and beautiful exchanges. It felt too short. I went there with a friend who was discovering Nomadsister; maybe she will join us soon.
